The Balance & Believe Foundation team consists of our Leadership Team, Board of Directors, and Advisory Board. All of our Team Members play a crucial role in executing our vision and maximizing our charitable efforts in our community and nationwide. When the Balance & Believe Foundation was founded, it was the vision of our Founder, Derek Schnarr, to help kids understand their role in improving the world we live in through giving back to others. That vision has carried over into having young professionals in leadership roles, with a wealth of knowledge and experience at their disposal through our Advisory Board Members.
