Matt Hartmann
President
Matt has served as the President of the Board of the Balance & Believe Foundation since it's inception in 2007. Matt is the Head Golf Professional at Blackhawk Country Club, and enjoys spending his time with his wife and their two daughters, and attending Wisconsin Basketball games.
Jeff Kaiser
Secretary
Jeff has served on the Board of the Balance & Believe Foundation for over 10 years. He is a nationally recognized club fitter, working at Nevada Bobs Golf, and played collegiate golf at the University of Wisconsin. Jeff was named the 2020 Wisconsin PGA Teacher of the Year. If he isn't teaching or golfing, Jeff will be found spending time with his wife and their two twin boys.
Brad O'Loughlin
Treasurer
Brad is the Director of Financial Planning at Resonant Capital Advisors. Born and raised in Madison, Brad attended the University of Wisconsin School of Business where he graduated in 2016 with a degree in Finance, Investments, and Banking. Brad was a standout Junior Golfer, and still competes in statewide events as a competitive amateur golfer.
